We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Night Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their small animal team in West Sussex, as a permanent member of staff.

You will be working as part of a fast-paced and friendly team responsible for the nursing care of patients. You will support the veterinary surgeons and liaise with clients regarding inpatients care with the Out of Hours Team.

You will ideally have emergency knowledge as well as having had experienced working in an OOH Hospital (desirable).

• Shifts on rota of 5 on / 5 off – 4 on / 4 off – 5 on / 4 off

We are looking for a nurse with a positive attitude who is happy to muck in when needed! Your duties will include assisting the vet where required in surgery, taking x-rays, bloods, monitoring anesthetics, in patient care, nursing clinics, schedule 3 and more!
