Our clients have a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join this excellent pet charity in Cambridgeshire. This practice prides themselves on making a difference to the lives of pets and people across the UK. Their mission is to not only care for every animal that needs them, but to help their owners have the most fulfilling relationship with their pets as well.

This role would be a medicine-based role (not client faced) working alongside 2 other vets, there is also an aspect of student teaching involved.

• Full time ongoing locum vet
• 31st August – ongoing
• Shelter Medicine role
• Not client faced
• Element of student teaching involved
• Shifts: 8.30am – 4.30pm
• No on-call
• No OOH
• 1:3 half day weekends (Saturday and Sunday mornings)

You will be covering all first opinion vet duties where required and have experience in all basic surgery and diagnostics with very good consulting skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years post graduate experience.
