We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our client’s small animal practice based in North Yorkshire as a permanent member of staff.

This position is to support their weekend daytime services but may include night work – they are flexible according to your needs. You would be based in their main hospital, with additional branch practices located in North Yorkshire. They are a busy, well-equipped practice with ICC cat friendly accreditation and they are proud to be one of the few feline radio-iodine treatment units in the UK.

They have RCVS Advanced Practitioners in surgery, medicine and small animal practice as well as a visiting ophthalmologist, dermatologist, cardiologist, ultra-sonographer and MRI scanner.

We are looking for a good all-round GP Vet, and you will be covering all routine first opinion small animal work with consults and ops where required. You must be able to cover the basic surgeries including Bitch spays, dog castrates, lump removals among others.
