Our client is a 100% small animal practice with 3 busy sites in and around Glasgow. They aim to provide outstanding, integrated, conventional and holistic care from their local friendly and caring team. They treat all our patients as individuals and consider their entire health requirements.
 
Your role will include Nurse Clinics and involvement in Schedule 3 procedures. You will have excellent communication skills will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of client and patient care. They have a team of 7 RVNs, 7 Client Care Advisors and an admin team, with modern facilities and equipment available.
 
The client offers an excellent friendly working team environment in a well-equipped and staffed practice. Flexible rota available with no Out of Hours. This is a full time (40 hours) maternity cover role, with the possibility of extension to permanent.

You will be covering all nursing duties where required including assisting in surgery, monitoring anesthetics, taking bloods and x-rays, in patient care, critical care, nursing clinics amongst others. The ideal candidates will be hard working, enthusiastic and down-to-earth with a proactive, positive attitude who thrives with a busy caseload. A confident level of general nursing is required and above all else, you will be passionate and dedicated to providing an outstanding service for our clients and their animals.

The practice is offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience, a funded CPD package as well as 4 weeks holiday plus bank holidays. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years UK experience.
