We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our client’s small animal practice based in Northamptonshire, as an ongoing locum.

This 2 Vet practice are looking for a locum to bring them up to 3. They are looking for someone to join them ASAP until January (with the possibility of extending this date). You will ideally be an experienced vet who is independent in medical consults and basic theatre. However, they can work around a new graduate / less experienced vet by placing them in vaccinations / basic consults regimen.

• ASAP – Ongoing (Jan 2020)

• Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm / 10am – 7pm (alternating each week)

• No OOH

• No weekends (unless locum wants to pick up the occasional Saturday)

• £50 accommodation allowance per day

• All applicants must be RCVS Registered

We are looking for a good all-round GP Vet, and you will be covering all routine first opinion small animal work with consults and ops where required. You must be able to cover the basic surgeries including Bitch spays, dog castrates, lump removals among others.
