We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our client’s small animal practice based in Norfolk as a permanent member if staff.
Full-time
1 in 2 Saturday mornings
1 in 6 weekends on call
No on call after 10pm weekdays or 6pm weekends/bank holidays
SA practice with some exotic work.
25 days holiday
The practice is keen to welcome a confident, experienced Vet to their team. Competitive candidates will have at least 2 years initial practice experience (at least 1 year in a UK practice).
All the vets, nurses and support staff work hard to provide a friendly and professional service to all their customers and their animals. The practice has a large team of support staff including RVNs, SVNs and receptionists. They have a spacious purpose-built clinic set within the beautiful Norfolk countryside. They have recently purchased brand new imaging equipment and have separate cat/dog/exotic wards, two operating theatres, a dental suite and prep room. They foster an inclusive and supportive working environment and actively encourage and fund CPD.
Successful Candidate:
You will be a good communicator, having empathy with clients and their pets, and a passion to practice excellent veterinary medicine and surgery.
The Package:
We offer an excellent benefit package, RCVS fees paid, encourage and fund CPD, Health Shield and pension plan. £1500 CPD budget and 5 days annually.
