We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to come and join our client’s friendly small animal practice as a permanent member of staff.

• Full-time – 40 hours per week

• Shared rota for Saturday mornings (9am – 1pm)

• No OOH

• No on-call

• Competitive Salary

• All applicants need to RCVS Registered

The position will be for a 40-hour week which is inclusive of a share of the Saturday mornings 09:00-13:00. The hours of opening during the week are 08:00-19:00 and cover is maintained through an early and late shift pattern.

Our client’s purpose-built surgery contains industry leading equipment and has been designed to create a spacious and bright working environment. It has everything you would expect from a modern surgery practising to the highest standards. Located in a prominent position, there is also a Pets Corner on site allowing the practice to offer a comprehensive service from a family owned company.

We are looking for a nurse with a positive attitude who is happy to muck in when needed! Your duties will include assisting the vet where required in surgery, taking x-rays, bloods, monitoring anaesthetics, in patient care, nursing clinics, schedule 3 and more!
