Our clients, based in Tyne and Wear, are looking for a full time Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their day team in caring for the pets of the North East. This practice has an enviable reputation for providing an excellent level of care and are proud to be a member of the RCVS Practice Standards Scheme.

They are a well-equipped hospital with facilities to allow patients to be kept in overnight, which is covered by their dedicated night team. They continue to invest in equipment and training for all their staff to ensure their skills are kept right up to date.

The hospital is excellently equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment and dedicated operating theatres.

• Full time
• 38 hours per week approx.
• On a rolling 7-week rota
• 2 weekend days over a 7-week period
• No night work

You will be covering all nursing duties where required including in patient care, assisting in surgery, monitoring anaesthetics, taking bloods and x-rays, some nursing clinics etc.
