Our client is a busy small animal practice with a varied caseload situated in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. The practice is well equipped including cardiac ultrasound, digital radiography, separate dental theatre, fully equipped main theatre and orthopaedic kit [Fracture repair, TTT, TPLO, Fusion TTA etc.] They are also a VN training practice and Schedule 3 is actively encouraged.

**Full Time position

**Weekends are shared on a 1 in 5 rota with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings

**No out of hours 

**5 weeks holiday per year plus bank holidays

**Competitive salary

You will be covering all nursing duties where required including assisting in surgery, monitoring anesthetics, taking bloods and x-rays, in patient care, critical care, nursing clinics amongst others. The ideal candidates will be hard working, enthusiastic and down-to-earth with a proactive, positive attitude who thrives with a busy caseload. A confident level of general nursing is required and above all else, you will be passionate and dedicated to providing an outstanding service for our clients and their animals.
