 We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RVN to join our client’s mixed animal practice based on the Norfolk Suffolk border as temporary member of staff, from January time.

This independent practice is looking for an experienced nurse to work a maximum of 20 hours per week on an ongoing basis, to cover a maternity leave. This is a busy mixed practice, but candidates will be doing only small animals, plus you have the exotics including zoo work.

• Start Date: January

• 12 months (ideally on a fixed term contract / locums would be considered) to cover maternity leave

• Part time nurse

• No Saturdays / Weekends

• No OOH / on-call

• 2.5 days per week

• Maximum 20 hours per week

• All applicants must be RCVS Registered

You will be joining a dedicated team that comprises of 8 vets, 10 nurses and 7 receptionists.

This is an established veterinary practice that has been working in Norfolk and Suffolk for over 100 years. Their vets, nurses and lay staff work hard to provide a friendly and professional service to all their customers and their animals.

We are looking for a nurse with a positive attitude who is happy to muck in when needed! Your duties will include assisting the vet where required in surgery, taking x-rays, bloods, monitoring anaesthetics, in patient care, nursing clinics, schedule 3 and more!
