Locum Mixed Vet Surgeon INVERNESS (Ref: SN/12624)

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mixed Veterinary Surgeon to provide cover for this practice in January and February 2020

• Full time position

• Required for January and February

• Competitive rate

• Work: Small Animal 90% / Mixed 10%

• Occasional OOH on rota

• All applicants must be RCVS registered

 Our client is an RCVS accredited practice with all the latest bells and whistles.

Your responsibilities will include to perform consultation and medical treatment for a range of small animals where required including surgical operations (including neutering and general surgery) and the necessary tasks associated with such a procedure; anaesthesia, monitoring, etc. Carry out tests such as x-rays, blood samples and ultrasound scans. Immunise animals against different types of disease.
