We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to become part of this practice’s small animal team as their Head Nurse.

This group practice is looking for someone to inspire other members of the team, to maintain high levels of clinical care whilst maintaining efficiency of the clinic’s workload though supportive management. You will develop a good rapport with all the members of the team and clients. Working closely with the Clinical Director and Practice Manager.

• Monday to Friday: 9am – 7pm

• Saturdays: 9am – 4pm

• Sundays: 10am – 12pm

• Equal share of the rota

• No OOH

• Competitive salary

• £500 CPD allowance per annum

• Professional fees paid

• All applicants must be RCVS Registered (2 years + experience preferred)

This single-site RCVS Accredited Small Animal practice has a dedicated team comprising of 3.5 Veterinary Surgeons, 5 RVNs, 3 SVNs and a dedicated reception team.

We are looking for a nurse with a positive attitude who is happy to muck in when needed! Your duties will include assisting the vet where required in surgery, taking x-rays, bloods, monitoring anaesthetics, in patient care, nursing clinics, schedule 3 and more!
