We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our client’s small animal practice based in Southampton as their permanent Clinical Director.

This group practice is looking for a Clinical Director with strong clinical standards, passion and drive with the ability to motivate and encourage their team.

• Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 7pm

• Saturdays: 8.30am – 12pm

• 40 hours over 4 days

• 2:5 Saturday mornings

• No OOH

You will be joining a dedicated team that comprises of 5 vets including the Clinical Director, 8 nurses and 3 receptionists. This is a fun and experienced team based in very close proximity to the beautifully enchanting New Forest!

Management training and support is available but previous experience would be advantageous.

We are looking for a good all-round GP Vet, and you will be covering all routine first opinion small animal work with consults and ops where required. You must be able to cover the basic surgeries including Bitch sprays, dog castrates, lump removals among others.
