Head Nurse, Permanent opportunity based in Salisbury (KH/14017)

Our client is looking for a positive and experienced RVN who would like to make a valued contribution to a growing, high-quality, independent practice.

They have a friendly and enthusiastic team, who support each other. Everyone is pro-active, and greatly appreciated. Each team member contributes through the Continuous Improvement System, which allows good ideas to become protocols.

This role requires an understanding of veterinary practice, including using KPIs to maintain high standards in client and patient care, as well as excellent communication skills and experience managing people.

This role is full-time, and requires clinical nursing duties as well as nurse consultation duties. The FT positions have a 4-day work week to help maintain a good ‘work-life’ balance.

The position will have managerial duties, to lead and develop the nursing team, with the support of the director.
