Exciting opportunity for an experienced RVN to join our client’s small animal charity practice based in West Yorkshire as a permanent member of staff.

This practice is looking for a Qualified RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their friendly and welcoming team at this group animal charity hospital.

 They are looking for a candidate who will provide a high standard of customer service and clinical care whilst promoting pet wellbeing, supporting Veterinary Surgeons to deliver preventative services and to treat sick and injured pets of eligible clients.

Opening hours:
• Weekdays: 9am – 6pm
• Saturdays: 9am – 12pm
• Sundays: CLOSED
• No OOH

You will be joining a dedicated team that supports in theatre, provides inpatient care and carries out consults, admissions and discharges, their Veterinary Nurses are also involved in dispensing medication, encouraging financial contributions from clients and maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of the hospital and equipment.

We are looking for a nurse with a positive attitude who is happy to muck in when needed! Your duties will include assisting the vet where required in surgery, taking x-rays, bloods, monitoring anaesthetics, in patient care, nursing clinics, schedule 3 and more!
