Job Description

A small animal practice based in Middlesex are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their dedicated team on a temporary ongoing basis starting ASAP.

This role is primarily for a charity-based practice however will require some evening, weekend and OOH work in sister branch.

• 4 days per week. Rota = 3 x 9am - 5pm, and 1 x 9am - 7.30pm (+ DUTY OOH)

• Based primarily at charity-based practice but with some work at sister branch (one evening a week and on-call / weekend work) so a driver with their own car is essential/preferable unless happy to use public transport/taxis at their expense.

• On-call rota is 1 in 5 weeknights on call. 1 in 5 full weekends and 1 in 5 Saturday mornings. Not required to stay overnight at practice but must be within 20 minutes.

• Accommodation can be provided – (a flat above sister clinic) Easy access to London via tube.

• Must be confident with all usual consults and surgery - including unassisted bitch spays etc

• Charity based practise role is sole charge, however, the vet can call our vets at sister branch if they need to discuss a case.
