Permanent RVN GATESHEAD (SC/13268)

Our clients' small animal practice based in Gateshead are seeking an RVN to join their team.

• Full Time

• 4 Weeks annual leave

• Career progression onto veterinary nursing training

• RCVS, VDS and BVA membership paid for.

• All applicants must be RCVS registered

The hospital has excellent facilities including digital radiography, digital dental radiography, flexible and rigid endoscopes, in house lab including EPOC, slit lamp, Tonopen and an excellent ultrasound machine.

You will be covering all nursing duties as where required including schedule 3 procedures, assisting the vet as and when required, in patient care, monitoring anaesthetics, taking bloods, taking x-rays and carrying out diagnostic tests, prepping animals for surgery, advising owners on dietary and welfare matters and lots more…
