We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic and passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their vivacious Night Team working in a busy, purpose-built practice that boasts excellent diagnostic facilities and fully-equipped with surgical equipment.

The successful candidate will have fantastic all-around nursing skills, with a drive for delivering the highest standard of patient care. You will work seamlessly in a team and enjoy working within this supportive environment whilst also being able to use your own resourcefulness. Referral nursing experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

• 12-hour shifts: 6.30pm – 6.30am
• Organised in-house CPD and fully funded training for DipAVN and ECC certificate

• Basic salary: £25,007 - £27,678 (and paid overtime) (potential for more for certificate holders: ECC/DipAVN)

As a Night Nurse at this exuberant referral centre, you will have the opportunity to work in all of their wards including surgery, neurology, medicine, feline, ICU and ophthalmology. You’ll be involved with the care of emergencies admitted out of hours. You will be allocated to a ward for the duration of the set shifts, which will allow you to get to know your patients and recognise changes in their condition. You will be working alongside a dedicated team of nurses, nursing assistants and interns with a Specialist from each department on-call.
