Our clients based in Swindon require 2 vets due to maternity leave starting in late February, they are therefore looking at 2 maternity covers for at least 8 months with one hopefully becoming permanent.
**4-day week
**1 in 5 weekends - vetsnow do our emergency work but we look after our own in patients
**Needs to be more than just competent and have a passion for their job and CPD orientated preferably with a wish to do a cert preferably medicine or advanced practitioner
**Have great support with 19 nurses for 6 vets working across 2 branches but based at 1
**Must work with `fear free `principles and be both compassionate and understanding with clients
**5 weeks holiday, CPD budget, health plan
**Wages are performance based and follow benchmark guidelines of a fifth of their turnover for an average vet
You will be covering all first opinion duties where
required and have experience in all basic surgery and good consulting skills. The
practice is offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience, a
funded CPD package as well as 4 weeks holiday plus bank holidays. The
ideal candidate will have at least 1 years UK experience.
