Locum RVN - Near Brighton - ASAP Start (SN/13165)

Our client located near Brighton are looking for a RVN to join their team on a locum basis to start asap and work until the end of December (potentially extending into the New Year).

They cannot provide any accommodation unfortunately so it would need to be someone within commuting distance. Shifts are either 08:00 to 20:00 or 08:00 to 18:00. No weekends or branch work required. The last locum we had did 35 hours per week which is fine but we could take someone who wanted to work a bit less than this.

The practice currently has a team consisting of 2 vets and 3 nurses that you would be working beside.

You will be covering all nursing duties where required including assisting in surgery, monitoring anesthetics, taking bloods and x-rays, in patient care, critical care, nursing clinics amongst others. The ideal candidates will be hard working, enthusiastic and down-to-earth with a proactive, positive attitude who thrives with a busy caseload. A confident level of general nursing is required and above all else, you will be passionate and dedicated to providing an outstanding service for our clients and their animals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years UK experience.
