We currently have an excellent opportunity available for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our client’s small animal practice in a varied and exciting surgery with a strong, competent and friendly team. There are also partnership opportunities for the right candidate, either now or in the future.

The ideal candidate will have general and medical skills, capable of working sole charge at times, and with strong customer-service focus. You will be passionate about providing an excellent service and working as part of a highly-skilled team. You will have the opportunity to work up cases, with the capacity to provide clear and timely documentation of services provided.

• Start Date: ASAP

• Minimum of 20 hours per week, or full-time work patterns (40 hours)

• Monday to Friday Opening Hours: 9am – 7pm

• Saturday Opening Hours: 9am – 6pm

• Sunday Opening Hours: 10am – 4pm

• No OOH

• Weekend work: only emergency surgery undertaken at weekends (negotiable)

• Competitive salary dependent on experience

• Must be Registered with the RCVS

This surgery is built to industry leading standards, and has state-of-the-art equipment including; ultrasound, digital x-ray, procyte / catalyst, in-house IDEXX laboratory machines, ISO anaesthetic and capnography. They have a high percentage of insured clients and excellent connections with local referral centers for highly specialized cases.
