Are you looking for a position where you can really help shape a practice? Do you enjoy working with and supporting colleagues? Our client’s hospital in Peterborough are looking for a new Clinical Director to run their excellent team.

This hospital is very well equipped including Digital X-ray, Ultrasound, ECG, Rigid & Flexible Endoscopes, Diathermy, Fully Pumped Dental Tub Table and full Ultrasonic Kit, Isoflurane, Cryo Surgery, ASIF Kits, Incubator, Operating Microscope and a very well-equipped laboratory as well as much more!

They are looking for a clinical director who loves providing quality veterinary care but also enjoys helping others grow and develop in their roles. Experience of the business side of veterinary practice is advantageous but not a necessity but an interest in this matter is important. They will provide guidance and support for these elements.

You will have full clinical freedom and be able to develop the services offered. Building good relationships with colleagues in the branches will help see you flourish in this role.

• There is no OOH work

• Weekends are on a rota with time off in lieu

You will be covering all first opinion vet duties where required and have experience in all basic surgery and diagnostics with very good consulting skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years post graduate experience.
